The KPMG graduate recruitment program, seeks to identify and attract ambitious, focused and high performing fresh graduates to a world of unlimited opportunities. Through exposure to best practices and practical engagement in the corporate world. Kenya

Graduating Class

Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025


University Grade

Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 and above

High School Grade

Minimum B in KCSE with B in English & Math or Equivalent IGCSE and American system grading


Specialisation

Bachelor’s degree in any field


Rwanda

Graduating Class

Graduating Year: 2024 and 2025


University Grade

Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 or a Cumulative average of 70% and above

High School Grade

Minimum of B in three principal subjects of Rwanda Advanced Certificate of Education (A2)


Specialisation

Bachelor’s degree in any field


Tanzania

Graduating Class

Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025


University Grade

Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.5 and above

High School Grade

Minimum of division 2 at O’ Level and Minimum B in CSSE and B in English & Math


Specialisation

Bachelor’s degree in any field


Uganda

Graduating Class

Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025


University Grade

Second Class Upper/CGPA of 4.0 and above

High School Grade

Credits in Maths & English and a minimum of 14 points at A- Level


Specialisation

Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 2024 and 2025 graduates in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda must have completed course work and project by August 2025 and must have a completion letter from the university.
  • Professional qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Candidates who have undertaken international exams at the high school level are also eligible to apply.
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • International languages will be an added advantage.
