Open Positions Include:
1. General Nurse/Midwife – Nairobi
- Requirements: Diploma in Midwifery Nursing, valid NCK license, certifications in BLS, ACLS, ETAT+, and EmOC, and at least 3 years’ experience in a maternity ward.
- Role: Provide compassionate maternal care, implement maternity care plans, and ensure patient safety and documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
2. HR Officer – Medical Centres – Nairobi
- Requirements: Degree in HR or related field, minimum 3 years’ experience, HR certification (advantageous).
- Role: Manage staffing, leave, licensing, and employee relations at medical centres, while supporting performance management and compliance.
3. HR Officer – Thika
- Requirements: Degree in HR or related field, IHRM membership, 3 years of experience, proficiency with HRMIS.
- Role: Support recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and exit processes, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Laboratory Manager – Thika
- Requirements: Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, valid KMLTTB license, 5+ years’ experience, and QMS/accreditation exposure (e.g., ISO/CAP/SANAS).
- Role: Oversee lab operations, staff management, equipment maintenance, quality control, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
