- KRA, HELB, EACC, DCI (Good Conduct), and CRB.

- Send five (5) hard copies by post/hand to the Assistant Registrar (HR & Admin), and one (1) soft copy (PDF) via email by 13th June, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
