Egerton University Notice On Reporting Date And Fee Clearance For The 2025/2026 Academic Year
RE: REPORTING DATE FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
Reference is made to our earlier Notice dated 23rd July 2025 regarding the above subject.
This is to remind all continuing students that the reporting date for Semester One (1) of the 2025/2026 Academic Year is Friday, 22nd August 2025. Lectures will commence on Monday, 25th August 2025.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Fee Clearance Before Reporting

All Third Year (2023 cohort) and Second Year (2024 cohort) students are required to clear the balance of the household fee component for previous years before reporting.

Fee Clearance by Week 5

Fourth Year (2022 cohort) students must clear their Semester One (1) fees.

2023 and 2024 cohorts must clear the household fee component by Week 5 of the semester (Monday, 29th September 2025), when the registration portal will officially close.
