Emirates to Hire 17,300 Professionals for 350 Global Roles in 2025
The Emirates Group has launched a major global recruitment drive to hire 17,300 new employees across 350 roles this financial year. The initiative supports the Group’s projected expansion and aligns with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33, which focuses on sustainable growth and innovation.
Based at Dubai International Airport (DXB), the campaign targets a broad spectrum of professionals—including cabin crew, pilots, engineers, ground staff, and IT specialists—for Emirates Airline and its sister company dnata. Recruitment activities will span 150 cities worldwide, with over 2,100 events planned, including targeted efforts within the UAE to engage local talent and graduates.
Since 2022, Emirates Group has added more than 41,000 employees, bringing its current workforce to 121,000. This latest push reflects the Group’s continued status as a top global employer, bolstered by tax-free salaries, comprehensive benefits, and world-class training.
Opportunities span key operational areas: Emirates will recruit for commercial, customer service, and technical positions, while dnata plans to onboard over 4,000 specialists in cargo, ground handling, and catering. Every role is positioned to help maintain the Group’s industry-leading service and profitability.
Dubai remains a key draw for international talent, offering a secure, well-connected, and innovation-driven environment. Emirates Group employees in the city enjoy profit sharing, medical and life insurance, annual travel benefits, and exclusive discounts, making the company a magnet for job seekers worldwide.
Last year alone, the Group received more than 3.7 million job applications—a testament to its strong employer brand and commitment to professional development.
