2:00 AM to 3:00 AM (East Africa Time)

During this one-hour maintenance window, Equity Card services will experience a temporary interruption. This means you may be unable to use your Equity Card for transactions during this time.

However, please note that all other Equity services will remain available and fully operational, including:

  • Equity Mobile App & Online Banking

  • EazzyBiz (Corporate Internet Banking)

  • *USSD (247#)

  • EVA (Chatbot)

  • Equitel mobile services

  • We will NEVER ask for sensitive information such as your:
