Gen Z Goliath Amuses Kenyans with Chopstick Struggle in Dubai “Itisha Ugali!”
Popular content creator Bradley Marongo, also known as Gen Z Goliath, had Kenyans in stitches as he hilariously struggled with chopsticks while enjoying a Chinese meal in Dubai. What was meant to be a simple dining experience quickly turned into a comedic spectacle as the 8-foot-tall influencer found himself locked in a battle with the ancient utensils.
In a video posted to his social media, Bradley, clearly frustrated, was seen trying unsuccessfully to pick up slippery noodles with the chopsticks. “Haishikiki!” he exclaimed in exasperation, his every attempt met with failure. After struggling for a while, he gave up on the chopsticks and humorously declared, “Wakenya wacha nitumie kitu nimezoea. Hii inataka Wachina wenyewe,” before switching to a more familiar fork.
The amusing scene didn’t end there. A fellow diner at the table decided to give the chopsticks a go, only to meet the same fate, prompting even more laughter. As the table erupted in giggles, a waiter, seemingly unfazed by the struggle, casually handed Bradley a fork—his ultimate savior.
Bradley has been in Dubai since the start of the year, collaborating with notable figures such as the Zam Zam brothers and Ugandan star Tenge Tenge. Back in Kenya, his chopstick mishap quickly became a source of humor for his fans, with many taking to social media to add their own witty comments.
“Sasa heri wewe… uyo mwingine Zii,” said @adifaustine.
