Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk with at least 2 years of experience to accurately input, update, and maintain data across our systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity and support smooth day-to-day operations by efficiently managing large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.

  • Verify the accuracy of information by reviewing documents and identifying errors.

  • Organize and manage files, records, and reports for easy retrieval.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across departments.

  • Generate reports and assist management with data-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or enterprise databases.

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
