Executive Assistant to the Chair at Wildlife Clubs of Kenya

Wildlife Clubs of Kenya (WCK) is charitable organization registered under the society’s Act. WCK main objective is to ‘Spread interest and knowledge about Wildlife and Environmental Conservation’. WCK offers various programmes that include: Mobile Education Unit, Ecology Programmes, Youth and Communities-based Wildlife and Environmental Conservation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chair’s calendar, meetings, travel, and briefings.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence.
  • Serve as liaison with IUCN focal points and CEC stakeholders.
  • Support implementation, tracking, and reporting of CEC work plans.
  • Organize meetings, events, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in executive/administrative support.
  • Excellent English communication skills (French/Spanish an advantage).
  • High professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
