Recruitment of Police Constables into the National Police Service

Entry Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Kenyan citizens with a valid National ID.
- Be aged between 18 and 28 years.
- Have a minimum KCSE grade of D+, including D+ in English or Kiswahili.
- Be physically and medically fit.
- Meet minimum height:
- Male: 5 ft 8 in.
- Female: 5 ft 3 in.
- Have no criminal record or pending charges.
- Female candidates must not be pregnant at recruitment or during training.
- NYS graduates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.
Important Notice
- The recruitment is free and open to all qualified applicants.
- Bribery or any form of corruption in the process is a criminal offence.

- Applicants must report to their respective centres by 8:00 a.m.
