✅ Target Group: Kenyan Youth (18–35 years)
✅ Job Type: Short-term contract (Government-funded)
✅ Location: Nationwide, with current openings in Nairobi and major towns
✅ Number of Jobs: Over 110,000 slots
✅ Daily Pay:
- Workers: KES 500/day
- Supervisors: KES 580/day

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Kenyan citizens aged 18–35
- Only one applicant per household
- Former NYS (National Youth Service) recruits will receive preference for supervisor positions
- Must be available for manual work such as road maintenance and tree planting
Duties and Responsibilities
Participants in the Climate Workx Program will contribute to key national resilience and sustainability efforts including:
- Road maintenance and community repair projects
- Tree planting, seedling production, and seedbed preparation in partnership with the Kenya Forest Service (KFS)
- Supporting local environmental conservation activities
